Lightning struck in the middle of my street about 2 years ago as I was getting home from work. I closed the car door and there was this brilliant flash and the thunder was right on top of me and so loud. I screamed. I must have screamed really loud because my husband was running out the door and caught me before I even got to the yard. It was terrifying.

Ever since then, lightning sends me into a panic. I don't like to be near the window.
