I agree with the people who have said just to let him know that he violated the school's disabilities policy, and that disability services have been notified. Be polite though, because as much of an uncaring, un-empathetic a**hole he is, you don't want to get too much on his bad side while you're still in his class unfortunately.

Now, I'm not sure if this goes for your school, but in mine students with disabilities can get special permission to count as FULL TIME with one less class than non-disabled students. I'm doing that right now, since I can't handle a full course load but still need the benefits if I want to be in school. Definitely ask disability services, because even here not a lot of people seem to know it's even an option!

And last but not least keep your head up, it's hard when dealing with cruel people but you're the better person in this situation. I know being treated badly makes us feeling like bad people (inversely!) but you aren't doing anything wrong.
