What I have learned:

1. to love myself for who i am and not judge myself so much

2. that i am not alone..... i am not the only one in this world with a past

3. that people that have beeb hurt can still care and offer support to others

4. that is is ok to cry or laugh when you need to and no one will judge you

5. that we all have fears. that no one is with out them...
