You said that the cysts are not large enough to consider surgery. I'm not sure this is true and you may want to get a second opinion. If you are in pain from it continually, that may be cause to have either the cyst or the ovary removed.

I just turned 39 and have been dealing with this problem since about the beginning of the year.... I will be seeing my doctor for a follow up apt in 4 months - I will talk to her about all of my options then - Thx.
