Most people who suffer under an addiction can list the things they have lost, the problems they have made for themselves, and the loved ones who have suffered along with them.

How are you? How is your life going other than, like us you sit in front of a computer a lot? Tell us why you think it’s a problem.

I love to game with my daughters, we sit in front of the playstation for hours running Ratchet and Clank or Sly Coper ragged. Other than their mother having to call us to dinner five or six times, we seem OK.

Give us some details into what you see as the problem. Of course, that would require you to spend a bit more time in front of the computer.
