Why am I not getting topic notifications on tapatalk for iPhone

I got push enabled but get no notifications. Is the latest tapatalk plugin installed?

Meds:
Lithium Carb 300 mg 2 at breakfast 2 at dinner 1 at bedtime
Busiprone hcl 10 mg twice a day
Effexor hcl 75 mg twice a day
Seroquel 300 mg at bedtime
