games...................well, the theory goes we all play them, and we all play them out of awareness. the end result is always a bad pay off, where we feel bad. but its that bad familar feeling (we all know this i think) where we feel comfortable but familiar, familiar because we are used to experiencing it.

some people are more "gamey" than others

the thing i try to remember is if i find someone is playing a game with me, then i am in the game, it takes 2 to play. so the choices are play the game in awareness or find a way to not be a participant (which of course is a lot easier said than done).
