Sounds like you are getting out some for food and appointments, as well as on your segway...lol (just have this visual of you being swarmed by kids saying hey mister can I try.....) anyway that would give me the same feeling as you head down and I would be thinking.. oh god no, not today please keep them away...

My T has told me that social anxiety is common for those of us who stay home alone for so long. You said that you go to your support group, that is a good way to interact with people socialy. I am trying my best to be social. It seems that I have to put forth alot of effort to be social, most of the time when I am out I am in the mood of not wanting to be bothered, probubly because it being out itself is already a challange.

Glad to hear you are getting out more and hope you continue to go out. I have been keeping just enough of the "lazy" food, tv dinners on hand to last just a few days so that I have to go out for more or thaw out meat and cook, so I usually end up having to go out. Just a way to force myself out of the house and really once I am out I feel better about it. and it doesn't seem so bad.

have a good day

Take Care,
Kris

(My intentions are sincere, I apologize if I have said the wrong thing, I do care)
