Having read your posts I thought, maybe your dog is mean to the neighbors or just really scares them.If I`m not mistaken wasn`t your dog attacked before?It is only my opinion but a very similar situation happened to a friend of mine& then she moved but it kept on happening& then we spoke & I realized that maybe she & not they had the problem.Sometimes when we end up alone, not speaking to family or friends or neighbors or all 3, we have to sit back & look at ourselves.Sometimes we can keep peace by just staying on our side of the fence & deal with what is going on over there. I truly hope it works out for you.
