Coco good to hear you have been doing so well. Hope everyone's Sunday is the best day of the weekend so far.

As far as my weekend has gone so far...Friday night I was pretty depressed, made a nice dinner at home but couldn't shake this debilitating crap feeling. Saturday I went to an Oktoberfest event and I had a lot of fun there with my husband. I spent the rest of the day drinking which is probably not ideal but I've been so stressed lately it was kind of nice not to think about what makes me anxious and depressed...I was just enjoying myself, letting loose and shaking away the feeling I've had for so long...if just for a little while. Today I am going to watch sports...I am an NFL and MLB fan so I have a few games that I'm interested in. Probably going to be a lot more low key than yesterday. It's just nice to be off from work and not be as anxious as usual. I feel like I can be myself for a couple of days.

I'm glad you have a few days off to unwind. I have a gentle suggestion for dealing with depression. Look into Mary Ellen Copeland's WRAP (Wellness Recovery Action Plan). There are YouTube videos about it. Even if you only use part of the plan, I think you'll notice a BIG difference. During my first 30 days of learning I was BD1, I experienced rapid cycling. It was the worst mental and physical experience of my life (thus far). The heard about WRAP and decided to check it out. I don't regret it. The wellness toolbox helped me tenfold.
