IMO....
IF it takes away from your daily life and interferes with your RL relationships (friends &amp; family) - meaning it gets more of your time than they do, then it is an addiction.... whatever it may be.

AND - as with any addiction..... it takes 21 days (with out) to start the beginning of breaking the addiction / habit.
