My weekend has been busy. I rarely have any social occasions, and 3 of them landed on this weekend. So I'm feeling kind of overwhelmed from all of the activity.
Plus I thought I had made a huge error in my budget. Thought I was about to be negative $200 or so in my bank account.
That freaked me out, and I started going through the spreadsheet where I keep track of everything.
"Worry" was the big topic of this weekend. I was at each of the 3 social events, worrying about my bank account the entire time, figuring out if it would help to cut money from gas and groceries, maybe pay a bill late without getting phone or utilities cut off, etc.
Kept telling myself it would do no good to worry, so I shouldn't worry, but then I kept worrying.
Sat down today and went over the budget again and figured out where I had made the mistake. I'm not going to be overdrawn, but I'm going to have to be very careful for a couple of weeks.
So that's the good news.
Meanwhile, I still have not adjusted to the change in meds. Still feeling down.
