Gabapentin is good for neuropathic pain, so hopefully will help with Moreta's back pain. Lamictal does not help with neuropathic pain.
Moreta, keep in touch with your pdoc about your symptoms on the new medication. All of this information is really important to him/her in making prescribing decisions. New meds often make a person sleepy the first few days, so maybe your tiredness will decrease shortly. Keep in touch w/your doc! Good luck.
Maybe you're just getting overloaded by all the medications; six is not a low number.
