I am not allowed to text or email (well, I can email on rare occasions). I can call whenever I like, but he is not always able to call back. He has a couple of times not called back even when I indicated it was important. He said it was because the receptionist didn't give him the message. He has always called back quickly if I said it was important AND I was talking to the messaging service and not the receptionist. [Have I mentioned that I hate the receptionist?]
