My life is starting to feel strange to me again, I don't feel like myself, I don't even know what "myself" really is. This is ridiculous. Am I alone or are Dissociative symptoms dramatized during season changes for some of you? I feel like I'm going crazy, again.
I have depression, SAD (seasonal Affective Disorder) and bipolar disorder. I have found that when I am entering depression phases my dissociative symptoms do escalate, when this happens my treatment providers adjust my antidepressants and Im back on track again.

suggestion contact your treatment providers maybe they can help by adjusting or prescribing an antidepressant for you that will help stabilize your depression cycles, which in turn may stabilize the depersonalization symptoms you have when you are depressed.
