Crew[/quote] (((((Crew))))) yes the more our System *plays nice* the better it is internally.We had a part who would not sleep because she had to "keep the candle lit and not let the flame go out"....so she never slept and it was very bad on her and the body, so our T suggested that other parts in the System help her by holding the candle so she can sleep....boy the first night she slept she couldn't believe how well she felt....so now every night some one different holds the candle so we can sleep. Not everyone's integrated or ready for it but it's taken a load off the protectors who have integrated some of their little ones. Trust in our T took us awhile....we still test her and give her a hard time. We still have a long way to go....but the more others in the System are seeing how when we all work together it benefits EVERY ONE inside. I don't know if we will completely integrate into the core....she is still a small baby.My T says she will age with the body the more we integrate... One day at a time right? WE LOVE AND RESPECT YOU CREW
