I was nearly murdered by my ex Oct 7th, 2001

I have been single since then. I am now in my mid 30's and I feel like I am being ripped off. He left me in such a mess, I cant and dont want to even go there again.

Is there any hope? He not only almost murdered me, he commited ever sin against a spouse that one could.
