I had the ultrasounds,and even the results here at home to bring to the endocrinologist in 2 weeks.
This physician's assistant,is the one who felt the nodules and sent me for the test,the doc that she works with,never felt it,she would tell me everything is fine but to get back if fevers keep coming back,cause I had elevated monocytes (one of the types of wbc's) in January,but now that was within normal range. I thought I was feeling some sensitivity before,but think it was from the ultrasound pressure and tension I'm having.
Maybe this tightness is what has been behind the gagging spasms I've been getting when I get stressed, no nausea just gagging,then it stops.
Whatever,on the 29th I see the specialist' assoc.endocrinologist,the one I wanted to see isn't available till Oct. but like the receptionist said, "I don't think you want to wait that long,huh?"
Heck no, I don't. I may even see if one of the endocrinologists my mom goes to for her diabetes can see me sooner than Aug 29th. Y'all know the waiting is the hardest part.
