I've been on Lamictal for about 3 yrs? But I had this thyroid problem way before taking it,and had been given synthroid for hypothyroidism.
I'm on a low dose of Lamictal, 150mg per day,synthroid only 25mcg (wish they increase it) and multi vitamins.
The PA said that maybe the endocrinologist will put me on a different type of thryoid med. and things should eventually work out fine. If feeling alive agin turns out to have thyroid removed I'll deal with it,but if I am not going to feel alive again,and hair continues to thin,a still having problems caused by this, then I can't see the point. But I'll try anything first,if it looks good.
