Often, mostly lately I have dreams that trigger me, things from the past and some I am not sure were real but seem real. Then I am so anxious I cannot sleep OR dread sleep, so that I jinx that night's sleep. I have tried all the sleep hygine and hate this. Any ideas, tips, just a shoulder? Thank you
