I adopted an adult black cat, Enoch. He was an awesome guy. He was large for a cat, I am not sure which breed he was, taller and longer than average, healthy, not fat. He sort of had a different shaped bridge of the nose.. broader. And large pointy ears.

But he would talk and talk, not just normal meowing, sleep in the bathroom sink, a little annoying. He was great with my kids when they were toddlers. You would often find him in the back yard, with neighbour cats sitting in the lawn chair, he was cool like that. When I left my husband with my children we could not bring him to the womens shelter since we were fleeing, didn't have much choice expect to leave him with the ex. Sure miss him tho.

Congrats Hamster! Yes I heard the same thing from the animal shelter about black cats around halloween. So sad.

He is a lucky kitty, and your a lucky lady to have each other.
