Welcome back. I'm relatively new, so hello
I'm working on some DBT, it is rather difficult for me, too. I find it can be uncomfortable and awkward. I'm sure others feel the same...
Driving and exercise sounds awesome, really sounds like you've got some great things going on.
I know that I often feel as if no one cares too, I can rationalize that it's my disorder, but it doesn't matter --the thought/ feeling doesn't go away.
