((((((((Lilith))))))))) I'm so sorry you are struggling. It's scary when Ts go out of town, especially if we have learned to trust them and they are our safe landing. Everyone had great ideas. I just wanted to say I care and I hope the time is passing quickly.

Is your T available for a quick phone call to let you know she is still the same T? When my T went on vacation for a few days, she called and left a brief message every day to let me hear her voice and to let me know she was coming back and that she was still safe, still who we knew her to be. It helped a lot.

Also, maybe for the next trip, can you ask her to make you a tape? They are great, not only for when they go on vacation, but also for when you need the voice of reason or the voice of soothing.
