I think the huge med change you had is causing you all kinds of hell. But you really arent safe in my opinion .. You arent really able to make good sound choices. You stated self harm... trust me self harm can go to far .

Is it the best time for you to go inpatient ? hell no there is never a good time ..BUT if you dont take of you how care you take care of your family ..
