I too suffer the discoloration of my underarms, I have since I was a teenager, regardless of the shaving cream or razor I use. My father, brother and I naturally sweat a lot, so I think that may play a factor. But it definitely deters me from wearing sleeveless tops (which I prefer as I'm warm natured). As of yet I've found no real solutions to that.
