I can understand how you feel, it happens to me very often, I most recently felt aliens behind me and at night and for most of the day wear a hat so they can't mess with my thoughts or hear them. then I saw a witch in the window who was trying to do spells on me then I keep seeing eyes and have a feeling that certain people know what i am thinking or are spying on me. I also heard hissing voices and voices in the walls. Good luck and be careful!
