i took a weight loss pill because it had a bloody side effect saying it would keep me awake because i don't want to fall asleep in class today:P
it didn't go well.
i kinda panicked:P
and i ended up utilizing a technique to get myself to throw it up.
but i still feel a bit panicky...im not sure what to do.
