Well, I sure wouldn't try that again. LOL Seriously tho, try breathing deeply, while closing your eyes and visualizing something you find very pleasant -- perhaps the ocean, or a lake you particularly like, or a forest path that is quiet except for the birds & squirrels scampering around. Keep breathing deeply while you keep visualizing this for a few minutes -- usually this calms me down & stops the panic. Just a thought -- hope it helps. Hugs Lee
