Wonderful. At least now I recognize some names, and don't feel like the shy little girl standing in front of the new class

Good to see a familiar name, Sabrina

But also great to see some names I don't recognize - new friends are always a great thing (especially here, because most people on psychcentral *get* me and *understand* me where others don't) and I'm happy to meet all of you

My life has taken many twists and turns since I joined PC in 2006, and I plan to do up a post outlining and explaining my journey. I am once again tackling my mental health stuff - this time, with a totally different perspective and method that I feel good about

One of the things I do alot is isolate. So, I think that's something I must push through and be more of my friendly, outgoing self.

Which means thread parties, and interacting, and games, and loads of fun stuff
