 Be patient.... keep asking nicley,maybe start out by asking ( if you have heard a parts voice in your head) "what is your name? My name is so-in so-, How old are you? When they are ready and they trust YOU ( yea thats hard to wrap your mind around ...but your alters have to trust YOU....) they will talk, or come out in the toy isle, or gardening isle or sing to a favorate song.....believe me they want to be heard, listened to and understood...they are there for a reason....and they are there for you...to help you, they may hold a memory,maybe they have a spesific function...like driving going to work for you,be patient maybe some are shy....glad you felt like you could come here to ask questions...feel free to pm me or if you need to talk I am here ...take care and have a lovely day.....Life  hugs if your okay with them.
