I know I have not been around here much lately, been working on our own web site for mental health troubles and addictions, amoung other things. I have been clean and sober now well over 4 years. Funny, when I was using, I never even thought I would live 4 years let alone be clean that long. 1 Day at a time is how I got to where I am at today. I am not saying there have been a few rough times in there but they passed quickly and I was back on the right thinking path again. I will have addiction with me the rest of my life, the only difference is will I be clean or using again. I know I may have 1 more time of using in me but I do not know if I have 1 more time of trying to stay clean. That helps me to make my disision each day on what I am going to do. So sorry for not being around much but I still do stop in now and then to read the posts. Good luck to all and may your higher power be with you.
