Not sure what to do. We lost our insurance with the wife's job. Sleeping during any free time I have. Even pulling away from things that bring me joy. Also kind of my own worse enemy, minor in physiology, so think I know what the doc will say. Not an option now with no income. Just feel sick all the time, to ashamed to face even friends or family.
