You have several months, so you should have enough time, HOWEVER, it all depends on the availability in the area. If you want to be in residence, then you have to check the university's deadlines as it likely won't be the same for each (would be great if the dates were the same though!) If you want to be in an apartment, keep in mind, the first few payments tend to be more expensive because people usually will buy some furniture purely for the apartments as opposed to transporting from their home. You also want to check the area for any public transport that can make it faster for you to get to campus from your apartment.
