Oh wow, this is hard. Are you still cutting, do they still have a reason to think you're in danger to yourself? If you're being safe, talk to them about it. They just care about you and want you to be OK. If the hospital ends up happening, keep open mind that it could really be helpful, and it probably would not be a long stay.
