Yeah, breathing exercises are great. You can also try going for a quick walk during your lunch break to clear your head. Make sure you compile a to-do list, and tick things off as you go .. that can help, too. And make sure you're getting enough sleep and eating healthy foods.
It's horrible when you can't focus. Hope you're soon feeling better.
