Actually believe it or not the full dose (though not too many people need to be up that high) is 200 mg.. the highest I was on was 150mg. And the theraputic dose for Zoloft is 75mg... just wanted to share that little bit of info with yea.

When I was on Zoloft I don't recall too many side effects, nausea I find is for alot of different pills, just in general.

Ginger capsules, they are natural obviously, and ginger is known to settle upset stomaches, that's why they say to drink gingerale, and it's better for you then gravol, they are actually saying that Gravol isn't that good for you anymore, so I don't take it.
