I´m on lithium- tried Seroquel, it was awful had to quit after few weeks.
But i´m not breastfeeding, was on lithium when I had my babygirl and only gave her formula, couldn´t breastfeed coz of lithium.
But if I was you- I would try lithium when you stop breastfeeding.
