definitely call your doctor before trying to change his prescription or have us guess. He may say to stick with it as the effects should go away after a while, or he may have you stay on the lower dose a little while longer until your body adjusts. If the side effects are really bad he may decide to try something else. definitely tell him exactly what you are experiencing.

i can tell you that the side effects usually do go away with time, your body just has to get used to the med. but you definitely want to let the doc know and get his advice, and I would not suggest making any changes on your own.
