When I WAS working, the younger employees seemed to want to "play" all the time. I didn't go in for that kind of stuff. I always had a good work ethic cause that's the way I was taught in high school in business classes.

Your work ethic WILL be recognized. Every place I've worked, the "big" bosses knew what was going on, even tho we didn't know it. We figured it was just the managers who "had a clue." But I don't doubt that you will be rewarded for your work ethic --- and it won't be that long so hang in there.
