OMG ur so right! It's a blessing to have a good therapist. Mine works with me. I feel listened to and we set goals of growth for me. I never leave her office feeling unclear.

It was by God's grace that I found her. I had just stopped working and no long had private insurance ---heck I had no insurance. My therapist doesn't work at a community mental health center. In my neck of the woods lots of medical clinics are hiring licensed therapist. They are trying to create one-stop-shop services.

I hope to stay the road to recovery and will continue to use my WRAP.
