Bless you. I've dealt with a stressful (multiplied by 10) work environment. I enjoyed my job but not management. I'm glad you didn't have too many symptoms to contend with. I hope ur able to ride ur bike and find other healthy ways to enjoy ur two days off. Check out WRAP (wellness recovery action plan) by Mary Ellen Copeland (not sure if I've suggested it b4).
