...dear Hellion, you're not an idiot at all. Just because you can't get ahold of your T or pdoc isn't your fault, you have tried. It is their oversight or negligence as to why you don't have you meds, not fair to you!

Usually being honest is best way to present your situation.
Don't know about your state but would be surprised if ECT could be forced upon you. Do you have a case worker, counselor or patient advocate? If not, ask for one. I don't know your exact situation but are you afraid the doc would involuntarily admit you? Any way you can switch docs?
As hard as it is try not to SI, it will only give them more ammunition to use against you. If you can't make it thru the weekend, the ER might be an option but I doubt they are gonna jump right into ECT.
