hi,
I feel like this sometimes too. Even doing something normal you feel on edge like you are about to sit a big exam or something. However with treatment for GAD/panic/social phobia you will get through it and be back to your normal self.

The best thing to do is talk it through with your doctor and you will feel better just from feeling you are doing something to help yourself. Lots of people have anxiety and it doesnt change your personality ! I feel I am quite an outgoing, sociable person although sometimes my anxiety tries to turn me into a recluse.

Good luck, you dont have to feel this way as anxiety is very treatable. Dont suffer in silence !
