Often depression makes us think there are just too many things, too much to accomplish. I find forcing myself to make a list of everything...often it is only in my head the horrendous numbers of things... and the list is manageable... then it's all down and helps me "see" what I can do next, or what I am not up to yet. My depression keeps me from even making that list in one sitting... so give yourself time to complete the list...maybe work on it as you try to organize your work each day... good wishes!
