It is not really from being upset or anything like that, I just have not been hungry. I like to skip lunch to keep calories down, and I am supposed to stay on a low calorie diet since I have a weak digestive system. I barely eat breakfast (Maybe one granola bar), I don't really eat lunch, and then I eat a normal Dinner. Not eating keeps my anxiety down on gaining any weight, and my stomach feels better when I don't. When I do eat a normal meal at night, I always feel kinda sick or bloated. I know that at least one full meal is important though, so I make sure I eat that. Then, there will come a week where I just eat so much (Every meal, desserts, anything I see I eat) and it is horrible. If I get that way I cannot resist. I usually gain anywhere from five to seven pounds that week. That is also when my digestive system is in agony, so I think not eating much is best for me. I am at a healthy weight. On weeks that I eat a lot, my weight goes up.
