I don't know how old he is or you for that matter. It's human nature to be attracted to others, and, believe it or not, it wasn't considered "wrong" for teachers and students to date at one time. A math teacher in my school back in the 80's regularly dated his students and ended up marrying one. Of, course, these days, that would not be permitted.
