I think she did it out of obligation to report anything out of the ordinary if it involves hurting oneself. she did it out of care, and because it is part of her job. she wouldn't be a responsible member of staff if she didnt' say something.

it sounds like you could really benifit from therapy... and i hope you would be willing to work with someone. i know it seems like the world is against you, but ppl do want to help you
