I could not believe what my eyes where seeing...

As I was flicking through the TV early one morning when I could not sleep - I stopped on a movie that caught my attention for it was based on a real life story.... and what should I see about fifteen minutes into the show, but a woman being sexually abused by a man and I just went white and felt as though I was going to throw up.... for what he did to her was exactly what a man had done to me about ten years ago.... this is so beyond what one thinks a human would really do to another living being, let alone have to see it on TV, even if is a Movie Channel.

I never thought about this sick sexual act happening to another person - I still cannot believe that it happened to me (and) now I cannot get the picture / the abuse out of my head - I am feeling sick to my stomach all over again, not to mention anxious and fearful.
