Whine on, Purple Daisy. You deserve it considering all that you are having to deal with. Talk to your providers, they may be able to work out something with you on a sliding scale.
Although it is only a fraction of your earnings, will you qualify for unemployment? Also, are you able to pay for your benefits through Cobra, so that you can keep these? I know money will be a big issue, having been there recently, but it would be good if you can keep insurance.
Believe in yourself in your abilities for part-time work. It sounds like you have marketable talents.
