I did the assesment and found out things I realy did not know..

it also told me to seek more help than I am currently getting my main problem with that is I am losing my insurance at the end of next month so all my meds will stop and all my doc appts will be self pay. That will hurt me badly. I have no income as I cant work still trying for my DSS and will have to fight for it so I can keep my insurance
